Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Saviro, we work hard to process and fulfill every order as quickly as possible. Because of this commitment to fast service, all purchases are considered final once placed.
Cancellations are only considered under the following conditions:
- Request Window: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase and exclusively via email to saviro.help@outlook.com. Requests made through any other channel (social media, chat, phone, etc.) will not be accepted or considered valid. The request timestamp must fall within the 12-hour window — no exceptions.
- Processing & Fulfillment Status: Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping — which may occur within minutes of purchase — it is no longer eligible for cancellation, regardless of when the email is received. Saviro is not responsible for delays in email delivery or response times that may affect eligibility.
- Subscriptions & Recurring Orders: Future subscription renewals may be canceled at any time through your account portal. However, any charges already processed for the current billing cycle are final and non-refundable.
- Digital Products, Bundles & Promotional Items: All sales of digital products, discounted items, promotional bundles, or special offers are strictly final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Confirmation Required: A cancellation is only valid once you receive a written confirmation email from Saviro. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 business hours, your order has been fulfilled and is no longer eligible.
- Company Rights: Saviro reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
